Yun Yi, I love the simplicity of this poem, yet it's so descriptive I can see that grasshopper!
ReplyDeleteThanks JerseyLily! I am that grasshopper who is tired of humidity of Summer:-)
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! I love summer but not the humidity! :) I'm on the East Coast now but for 20 years I had moved from NJ to CA and boy, did I love the hot, dry weather! But I've been back on the East Coast now since '96 and do miss the nice CA climate.
ReplyDeletethe mood is cool when it comes to September.
ReplyDeleteI am giving you the perfect poet award for week 72 today, check it out.
I wish my English poems were half as good as yours. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice to where they keep me deep in thought.
Thanks Aya Gugles Wilson.
