Seashell
is not from ocean
but the heart of
tender
flesh
bleeding from

cut of
love

  1. Yuni-you always do such wonderful things with these paintings. Redon is one of my favorite painters. His paintings are so so beautiful and dreamlike, just like your poems.

This is the first I've heard of Redon. Forgive my ignorance. Your poem is moving. A beautiful image painted with your words.

  4. Odilon Redon is one of my favorite artists. I'm almost fainted when I saw his drawings at the Musee D'orsay in Paris. Your poem adds another dimension.
